AMOT Quarterly - Communicating for Collaboration over Chocolate

Our second quarterly of 2024 is an evening dedicated to communication and collaboration through the tasting language of chocolate, exploring the richness of "bitter" and how chocolate as a conversation leads to global collaboration and problem solving through articulated needs.

You’ll experience the A Matter of Taste method of experiential professional development that you can take back to your team- or bring them along! We will lead you through mindful tasting activities with specific techniques that will transform your approach to goal setting and problem solving with your team.

A Matter of Taste is a leadership coaching firm steeped in culinary experiences. Led by Jennifer Diamond, a highly credentialed and experienced management consultant, educator, facilitator and practitioner of change leadership disciplines and Joanna Lepore Dwyer, a culinary professional and educator on topics of product development and innovation. Together, they run A Matter of Taste, using flavor and taste as a foundation for team-building and improved collaboration with tasting experiences for individuals and teams through unique products, tasting kits and bespoke workshops.

A Matter of Taste has been selected as a participant in Seattle Restored, a city-sponsored renewal program bringing back the heartbeat of our city by hosting pop-ups and art installations throughout Seattle. We are proud to host this event in our Seattle Restored location at 512 2nd Avenue, at the foot of the iconic Smith Tower.
