About this Event

Welcome to the Highlands County Extension Livestock Ag Tour!

Come join us for a fun and educational day exploring the world of livestock agriculture. Our tour will take place at 4509 George Blvd, where you'll get a firsthand look at how livestock are raised and cared for.

Meet local farmers, learn about different livestock breeds, and discover the importance of agriculture in our community. This in-person event is perfect for anyone interested in farming, animals, or just looking for a unique experience. There will be an opportunity to purchase ice cream and wine along the way!

Registration begins at 7:30 AM. The tour runs from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and we will arrive back at the Ag Center by 5:00 PM.

Ticket costs covers a steak lunch, expertly grilled by the Highlands County Cattlemen's, refreshments, and a goodie bag.
