Join SCLO staff attorneys at the Highland Senior Center every other month on the third Tuesday from between 1 PM and 3 PM for presentations on Estate Planning, and Institutional Care Medicaid coverage.
1:00 PM: Presentation will cover estate planning, including Wills and Powers of Attorney.
2:00 PM: Presentation will focus on Institutional Care Medicaid coverage for nursing homes, home and community based services "waiver" eligibility, and the PACE Program.
