HighImpact Youth Development Pathways™ Information Session – Missouri
About this Event
Enrollment is NOW OPEN for youth ages 8–18!
Join HighImpact Community Development Foundation for an information session introducing families and community members to HighImpact Youth Development Pathways™, a FREE youth development program designed to help young people strengthen who they are, develop practical life skills, explore their futures, and build meaningful connections that continue beyond the classroom.
HighImpact Youth Development Pathways™ helps youth explore some pretty important questions:
✨ Who Am I?
Identity • Confidence • Leadership
Youth begin by exploring identity, self-worth, confidence, leadership, healthy relationships, emotional intelligence, decision-making, and purpose through Already Her™ / Already Him™.
✨ How Do I Navigate Life?
Life Skills • Financial Literacy • Real-World Readiness
Youth build practical skills that help them navigate everyday life, communicate effectively, make responsible decisions, understand money, set goals, and prepare for greater independence.
✨ Where Am I Going?
Career Exploration • Workforce Readiness • Professional Development
Youth gain exposure to careers, develop workforce and professional skills, explore future opportunities, and begin identifying pathways that align with their interests, strengths, and goals.
✨ Already Us™
Lifelong Leadership & Community
The journey does not end when the curriculum ends. Already Us™ creates opportunities for continued mentorship, leadership development, community connection, and long-term support.

Our young people don’t need us to decide their future for them.
They need opportunities to discover who they are, develop real-life skills, explore what’s possible, and build relationships with people who can help them get there.
The curriculum teaches skills.
The network changes trajectories.™
