Join us for the Higher Self Meditation!

Through guided meditation and visualization exercises, you'll explore the depths of your consciousness and connect with your higher self. During this meeting you'lol be able to receive guidance on your healing, spirituality, and life path. It will also help open you up to a higher level of love and compassion for yourself and others.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced meditator, this event welcomes all. Discover the transformative effects of meditation and unlock a greater understanding of yourself.

Yoga mats and pillows are provided. Bring a journal if you'd like to write down your experience. The mediation will begin at 7:15 PM and the doors close at 7:10 PM.
