✨trauma-informed: we’re being gentle and intentional while still going deep, but this isn’t about pushing past your limits or “getting high” with super intense breathing

✨intuitive: a playlist that’s carefully crafted to guide the experience, hands-on energy healing (with consent ofc) during, and with Nicole connected to you and guiding you through every step of the way
