Higher Self Art: The Act of Surrendering

The Law of Surrender teaches that real strength comes not from struggling or forcing life, but from yielding—like water that flows around obstacles instead of trying to break them down. Surrender is not defeat or passivity, but a conscious release of the ego’s need to control.

In this class we will release the energy of control through a few qu gong movements, we'll journal about how we can apply the spiritual law to our lives, and of course we will make intuitive watercolor art.
