Higher Self Art Group

Welcome to the Higher Self Art Group!

Higher Self Art merges meditation, relaxing art and self-supporting journaling into one experience to calm our minds, process emotions and return to a state of peace. In this class, we meditate on spiritual principles and laws such as the law of no judgments or the cultivation of compassion. We must first internalize such laws and principles by not judging ourselves or by having compassion for ourselves. As we make a piece of watercolor or acrylic art, we relax and let the process lead to abstract shapes and marks. No experience is necessary. Finally, we journal self-support sentences to help us on our healing journey. There is also time to share our experiences.

Weekly format: The ongoing weekly format allows us space to create a supportive, compassionate community dedicated to self-support and expression of creativity. The monthly membership is charged once a month after the first session. If you are not able to make a session, the recorded Zoom session will be provided in the Group Chat.
