About this Event

i will be sharing my knowledge on all things birds from their noise to their behaviour and also to give a better understanding of the bird life we get around the lake and highams park at this time of year. i am not part of any charity but do volunteer at a number of green spaces and have done weekly bird surveys for the last two and a half years. i don't use merlin app as i went for the traditional and gradual learning through other people's knowledge and i now want to share that with my local community that i live in.

Please come along, you don't have to be a expert, all beginners are welcome, all you need is a passion and interest for wildlife and nature. If you have the merlin app on your phone then please feel free to also use that. This event will go for about 2 hours so please bring a bottle of water, hat and suncream if it's sunny or an umbrella if we get rain and bring binoculars if you have one. please meet at highams park train station at 12.15pm near the village florist.
