High Tea at Two

Step back in time and celebrate America’s Revolutionary spirit in this hands-on ceramic vase painting workshop! Inspired by the colors, symbols, and stories of the Revolutionary War era, participants will enjoy tea and light refreshments while selecting from a variety of handcrafted ceramic vases to decorate.
Guests will be introduced to several underglaze painting techniques and encouraged to create designs inspired by colonial motifs, patriotic imagery, historic flags, native flora, or their own interpretation of freedom and independence. Once completed, vases will remain with gallery staff for clear glazing and kiln firing and will be ready for pickup approximately 1–2 weeks after the workshop. A perfect opportunity to commemorate America’s 250th anniversary through creativity, history, and art.
This workshop is on July 2nd, from 2:00 - 4:30 PM, participation costs $45 for non-members and $40 for members.
