What does it mean to live Holistically Black post-COVID? As Black Professionals, how do we navigate New York City's complex housing system? How do we progress as Black Professionals in our for-profit and non-profit work sectors?

SOYBNY is a signature event of the New York Urban League Young Professionals, which brings together hundreds of professionals and change agents across various disciplines to assess the current condition of young Black New York. This year we are focusing on what it means to be Holistically Black: Navigating a Post-COVID World Through a Wellness Lens.

The conference will feature dynamic panel sessions to present unique perspectives on headline issues such as strengthening familial and interpersonal dynamics, civic engagement and political organization, entrepreneurial exploration & expansion, economic empowerment, and more.
