About this Event
This class is designed for high school students (ages 15-18) to develop and hone their improvised theatre skills. Get ready to laugh and learn on your feet. Any experience level is welcome.
Class Instructor - Zachary Dean Friesen
Zachary first started training and performing at the Loose Moose Theatre in 2015, when he was in high school. In 2017 he taught and directed students in an original improv show titled Unpaid Programming at Calgary Young People’s Theatre. From 2018-2021 Zachary lived in Vancouver, where he received a diploma in the Acting for Film and TV program from VanArts, continued his improv training with Tightrope Impro Theatre, and produced his own show, Big Survivor. Since returning to Calgary, Zachary has been thrilled to be back performing at the Loose Moose and teaching the next generation of improvisers.
