High school can be difficult to navigate, especially at such an influential time in a teenager's life. Learning how to handle more responsibility and more freedom all while balancing their education, extracurriculars, a social life, family, and personal time can be overwhelming. My horses and I help teens safely navigate life as a high schooler and teenager while guiding them to discovering who their authentic selves are and ways to decrease overwhelm and stress while increasing happiness and harmony in their life.
