Summer is right around the corner and though for most students and teachers not involved in athletics this means a few months of rest, but for our athletes this is the time to zone in on their training and work towards becoming the best athlete they can be! Joining GHF CrossFit's summer training program will do just that.During the summer we will focus on building endurance, strength, and power in our athletes so when the fall comes back around they are ready to jump back into their sport at a higher level than when they left it before the summer!
Athletes will meet at GHF's Tioga location outside on the Turf. Sessions will be 3x a week starting June 18th on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9am.
The cost is $139/month ($278 for the summer)!
