Celebrating our 40th year, the High Performance Rodeo is an annual festival featuring theatre, dance, comedy, music and so much more.
From January 13–31, 2026, a wide range of performers from near and far will converge on Calgary to create unforgettable experiences. Our festival is committed to entertaining diverse audiences while providing a platform for innovative and avant-garde performances on fertile ground for the progressive and the wild.
Over the past four decades, the High Performance Rodeo has significantly contributed to the cultural landscape of Calgary, establishing the city as a prominent destination for arts and culture. The High Performance Rodeo is the largest festival of its kind in Western Canada.
