Looking for a more intense water workout? This class is great for those looking for a high intensity workout in a low impact environment all while building strength and endurance using the properties of water. Class is conducted in deep and shallow water. All equipment is provided. Pool water temperature is 82 degrees. Locker rooms and showers are available. There is no ramp or stairs at the CMS Pool, however, there is a lift, if needed to get into and out of the pool.
Fee: $7/class or sign up for the whole session and save!
