✨High Heels Beginners Intensive & Choreography with Eliza✨
Curious about High Heels and ready to give it a try? This workshop is designed especially for beginners, so you don’t need any previous High Heels experience to join!
Spend three hours with Eliza learning the foundations of High Heels in a supportive and fun atmosphere – from technique and body control to choreography, expression and filming.
The first 1.5 hours will focus on High Heels technique. You’ll work on posture, balance, walks, weight transfers, body control and movement quality, building a strong foundation and becoming more comfortable and confident in heels.
After that, we’ll move into 1.5 hours of choreography, where you’ll put what you’ve learned into practice. Elisa will guide you step by step through a stylish, beginner-friendly routine, with focus on musicality, expression and confidence.
At the end of the workshop, we’ll film the choreography together for those who would like to take part – a fun way to finish the workshop and celebrate what you’ve learned!
No previous High Heels experience is required. Come as you are, learn something new and enjoy three hours of dancing in a welcoming and encouraging environment.
✨Practical information✨
High Heels shoes are recommended, but you are absolutely welcome to participate without heels. If you do wear heels, choose a pair you feel comfortable and stable in.
Kneepads are recommended. Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in, and remember to bring a water bottle.
