High Frequency is an immersive smoke & sound bath experience designed for those who move with intention. Beginning at golden hour and flowing into the night under open skies, this 90-minute journey will leave you grounded, expanded, and deeply restored.

7:30 PM — Arrival & Settle In

Drop in at golden hour, get comfortable, and transition from the outside world into sacred space.

7:45 PM — Smoke Social

Bring your own supply and connect with community as the sun sets. Intentional, mindful consumption — a moment to breathe, vibe, and arrive fully.

8:15 PM — Sound Bath

Lie back under the stars and let the sound do the work. Immersive vibrational healing through live instruments designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and restore the body.

Blankets & bolsters provided. Bring your mat. Infused water included.
