High Fitness Workout at the Bay - Thursday July 4th

High Fitness with Holly Souder is breaking the mold, and taking a bold, unique approach to group fitness-it's not fitness, it's HIGH Fitness. HIGH took Old School Aerobics and transformed it into a modern, heart pounding, fun and effective workout. Cardio and toning meet leg warmers with a side of air guitar. Classes are fun, easy to follow, and choreographed to set you up for success. Each High class is designed to keep you moving, keep you motivated, and help you work off the emotional weight.

Participants can expect easy to follow moves that combine alternating bouts of high intensity movements with moderate/active recovery so that plateaus are avoided and the body is constantly challenged in a safe and effective way. No equipment needed! Sweaty blast guaranteed!!
