Most of the time, you hear how everything goes right - how did a key customer win happen or how did an operation go to plan. Simply said - how did a forecasted win happen - boring to this group. In a much more dynamic world, all of us are making critical decisions daily which require consequential leadership in the face of less information, less clarity of objective, and under more austere conditions.

This summit asks the simply question - “as a leader, how are you someone who can do something?
