Experience the joy of a Hamlet Isn't Dead production! At Hamlet Isn’t Dead, we believe Shakespeare can be fun for and understood by anyone, and we aim to make that true for our audiences through our use of language and storytelling alongside live music, joyful interpretation, and intimate staging.
On Sunday, August 9th, we will be putting together a production of A Midsummer Night's Dream in just 12 hours... and we need YOU! Actors will be split up into groups to rehearse scenes, then meet back up at The Rat in Dumbo for showtime.
Not looking to act on stage? Come enjoy a HIDsummer cocktail with us for Showtime @ The Rat! (suggested donation $10).
The schedule is as follows:
- Rehearsal from 10-4 pm (Broken up into groups)
- Dinner Break 4-6:30
- 6:30 Arrive at The Rat to Set Up
- 6:45 Open Doors
- Show at 7pm
The actors are at hand and by their show
