Step back into time, 1890 to be exact, when this land was once occupied by the Rubidoux Building which housed grains from the fields and wine bottles from the grapes that once grew right here in what is now, downtown Riverside.

Then overtime as the population and the area grew the land was sold off and then this beautiful 4 story building was completed by famous architect, Henry L.A. Jekel in June of 1938 and then occupied by Sears for decades until the current owner purchased it in the 1990’s and turned it into what we know today as the Mission Galleria and the Hideaway Lounge.

Over the years the staff and customers have witnessed and experienced strange happenings throughout the building. From eerie noises to shadow figures, this location has a lot of activity, and we are now opening our doors with a guided tour led by Michelle from SoCal Spirit Seekers. She will take you to areas that are closed off to the public and share the history about the hauntings. You will also get to utilize top notch paranormal equipment and investigate areas with the tour group and even on your own!

We offer three different ticket options, they are listed below!

🎟️ Tickets: 1 HOUR $40 per person 1 HOUR Includes:

• A guided one-hour ghost & historical tour
• True tales of hauntings, history, and the Hideaway’s darker side
• Use of Paranormal equipment to explore and seek out spirits
• 1 Drink (Soda, Beer, Wine) and Snack Included

🎟️ Tickets: 2 HOUR $75 per person Includes:

• All the above plus an additional hour, so 2 hours total
• 2 drinks (Soda, Beer, Wine) plus snacks provided
• Experience an Este’s Session (participation on your part if you dare)
• Have your own investigation! Go off and explore using the many pieces of professional grade equipment (and yes you can film it) to see what you capture

🎟️ Tickets: 3 HOUR $120 per person Includes:

• All the above plus another additional hour, making this a 3-hour tour!
• A SEEK’n Swag gift bag. This will be $50+ in value and the gifts include a piece of paranormal equipment to take home, protection crystal (quartz or tourmaline), and surprise MERCH! (Could be shirt, hat, mug, beanie, etc.....)

Itinerary

1. Check-In & Welcome Briefing
   Arrive at the Hideaway Lounge where our team will greet you, confirm your tickets, go over safety guidelines, rules, answer questions, and sign a waiver.
2. Intro & Overview
   Before starting the investigation we will introduce our team, share the infamous history of the location, and the unexplained phenomena that make this site one of the most haunted in Riverside, Ca.
3. Equipment Orientation
   You will learn how to use professional-grade investigative tools such as EMF meters,

spirit boxes, digital recorders, thermal imaging cameras, and many others.

1. Guided Investigation
   Follow your investigator through multiple active hotspots on the property. You’ll participate in live EVP sessions, ITC communication, and environmental sweeps, documenting any evidence along the way.
2. Break into 2 groups
   Break into smaller groups to explore designated areas at your own pace. This is your chance to focus on locations that intrigue you most and experiment with the tools.
3. Free Investigation Time (available only on the 2- & 3-hour tours)
   This is your chance to roam these haunted grounds on your own, utilizing our paranormal equipment (you are allowed to film for your own content).
4. Evidence Review & Closing
   Regroup to share findings, compare experiences, and discuss what we encountered during the night.

Additional information

Check-in details

•Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled investigation time for check-in.

•Guests must present digital or printed ticket/confirmation upon arrival.

• Parking in downtown Riverside is free on the weekends, on weekdays you will have to pay

•Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed entry once the investigation has begun.

What to bring

• Comfortable, closed-toe shoes – You’ll be walking, standing, and possibly exploring uneven terrain in low light.
• Fully charged camera – For photos, video, or recording potential evidence.
• An open mind – You never know how the spirits will choose to communicate.
• You are allowed to bring your own paranormal equipment if you wish

Special requirements

•All Participants must be 21+ years old

•All guests must be able to walk and stand for extended periods in low-light conditions.

•This experience is not recommended for individuals with severe anxiety, heart conditions, or sensitivity to strobe/low lighting.

Restrictions

•No refunds for guests who leave early while on the tour due to fear or discomfort

•Limited Accessibility: Certain areas of the property may not be fully ADA accessible.

•Personal Responsibility: Participation is at your own risk, and we ask you to please respect all those on the tour with you, the location: no provoking spirits or damaging the property will be tolerated.

•All participants must sign a liability waiver acknowledging the risks of exploring a haunted location.

•Guests may be filmed or photographed during the event for promotional use. By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to be used.

Cancellations

Cancellation & Refund Policy
All tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable

Tickets may be transferred to another guest with at least 24 hours’ notice.

If the event is canceled by the organizers, a full refund will be issued.
