Hide & Seen Café
A gentle, embodied gathering by the river for women who would rather stay hidden — but know they are here to make a difference.
Nurturing visibility from embodied safety.

This is a safe, non-competitive space to explore visibility and self-trust from embodied safety — not through networking, pitching, or self-promotion, but by being as you are.

This gathering is especially for:
• Therapists, space holders, and coaches
• Mums running their own businesses
• Creatives and intuitive women
• Anyone called to show up in their work or life in a meaningful way

Together and in small groups we’ll engage in guided somatic practices and gentle EFT tapping to help you feel safe to be seen, release blocks around confidence and visibility, and connect with like-minded, purpose driven women in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Sit by the river, nourish yourself with blended herbal teas and a fresh smoothie. Reflect, ground yourself, connect with others devoted to meaningful practice and leave feeling steadier in your presence — aligned with your deeper calling in work, life, or creativity.
