Hidden Histories: Ten Broeck Mansion Architecture & Gardens Tour

Join us for an outdoor tour to learn about the Ten Broeck Mansion and its gardens and learn about the hidden histories within our site. See up-close 18th-century features and unique views within our 4-acre site. Learn how archaeologists, landscape historians, and family researchers help us use near-obscured historic details and documents to reveal previous uses of the site. Learn about our architectural fragment collection and how we use it to restore details from the past. Learn how the historic gardens are studied and cared for today. Recommended for ages 10 and up. This outdoor program held is rain or shine and includes a visit to the Ten Broeck Mansion's basement to see areas being restored.
