The Embracing Race Together in Christ team invites EVERYONE to join us for a showing of Hidden Figures, a beautiful and eye-opening TRUE story of three remarkable women who rose above the oppression of racial discrimination and made history. We have so much to learn from their story as we grapple with our own awakening to ongoing inequities more than 50 years later. After the movie, we’ll have team-led discussions to further explore thoughts, inspirations, and emotions stirred by the movie.Join us in the Fellowship Hall, Sat October 2 from 6-9pm.
Please eat dinner ahead of time, or bring your own. We will have light packaged snacks and bottled water.
