The Silk Button Butchers are a fae folk rock band featuring Melody Maker on guitar, Chris Hellings on mandolin, Seth Hansen on violin, Luke Davis on bass, and Norm Antonini on drums.They perform an eclectic and diverse mix of classic Americana rock, country, bluegrass, folk, popular pub songs, and a few original tunes of their own. Known for their upbeat sound and lively energy, the band always delivers a great time, making it easy for audiences to dance, sing along, and join in the fun.
With Special Guests Stepwise
Stepwise is a traditional Celtic folk band consisting of Liam Lewis (mandolin, guitar, fiddle, voice), Olivia Breidenthal (fiddle and voice) and All-Ireland Champion bones player James Yoshizawa (percussion).
They perform a mixture of traditional Irish songs with tight vocal harmonies and traditional Irish tune sets. Olivia is a practitioner of the Galway fiddle style with influences including Kevin Burke, the Kane Sisters, and Liz Carroll.
Together, their instrumental arrangements feature intricate twin fiddles or groovy rhythm guitar fit for a traditional Ceili or the discerning ears of an Irish-enthusiast audience.
