HIBS (Holistic Integration of Body & Spirit) is a powerful and loving ceremonial experience inspired by Forrest Yoga, Bhakti, and structural integration movement principles. This yoga practice is expertly held in a container of sacred space, offering an opportunity for deeper connection and profound clarity.
Supported by your breath, you'll feel at home within yourself, fully embodied with unshakeable inner peace and newfound strength. Embrace your whole and complete beingness in its perfect imperfection, and emerge with renewed perspectives on life's challenges. You'll leave with a sense of agency to nurture your own healing. This meaningful practice will leave you feeling connected, empowered, and loved beyond measure.
Appropriate for all levels from beginner to advanced. Each individual is encouraged to progress at their own pace. Multiple variations such as down-levels, up-levels, modifications, and alternate poses are offered, so that you can customize your practice safely with the complexity and intensity of your choice.
All props and a yoga mat will be provided, you are also welcome to bring your own.
