Just in time for Mother's Day! This true Gose was brewed with generous amounts of hibiscus flowers and rose hips; pink Himalayan Sea salt was also added during the boil. Refreshing and light, this beer is slightly hazy due to the copious amounts of wheat used in the mash. You will get all kinds of floral notes up front with just a hint of bitterness and a very bright, flowery/citrusy finish. Perfect for a day on the patio in the sunshine.
