HHaven Cacao Ceremony

Welcome to a space designed to relax and renew your mind, body and spirit. The use of Ceremonial Cacao is designed to help bring you to the present day, unattached from the tasks and programs that may keep you limited. Open your heart to the vast possibilities, and center into the love and gratitude within you.

**Cacao intake is not recommended if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a heart condition or complex medical condition. Tea will be provided upon request.

Cacao is the purest form of hand processed organic chocolate. It comes from ancient Cacao farms

Cacao is a gentle plant medicine (NOT hallucinogenic)

The ceremony is a spiritual and meditative event lasting 90min. It is centered around consumption of ceremonial grade cacao(think hot chocolate). Accompanied by a combination of guided meditation, breath work, and journaling.

During ceremony the Cacao is chopped and melted into a drink to be sipped on.

Release negative energy/blocked emotions such as heartache, guilt, shame, regret.

Increases relaxation, creativity, and focus.

Health Properties: Rich in Antioxidants like flavonoids that help protect the body from oxidative stress and inflammation. Full of essential minerals. Provides mood boosters like theobromine and phenylethylamine, which can, stimulate the release of endorphins like oxytocin (“love hormone”) and serotonin (“feel good hormone”).

🧘🏼‍♀️ What to Bring

Come to the event in comfy clothes, you can bring your own yoga mat/blanket. We will be sitting on the floor so whatever makes you comfortable.

A small item/token that reminds you of love/joy

Water bottle

A journal will be provided but if you have your own that is special to you please bring that.
