H+H Open House January 20

Some of the of the wonderful things about our new space are its versatility, ambiance, and functionality. We are opening it up to events, workshops, and small group sessions, with the vision to create a truly collaborative community experience.

In this spirit, we'll be hosting two open houses in January for anyone interested in seeing the space and learning more about how you can share what you do in this intimate setting.

Agenda✨

6:30-7:00 PM — Arrival and welcome. Mingle with other guests and H+H staff during this casual meet & greet

7:00-7:30 PM — Introduction from Sonya about our vision for H+H community hub and a walk through of the event and workshop space

7:30 onward — Open forum discussion. This is the time to tell us all about your needs, expectations, and past experiences running events and workshops, so we can learn how we can set up our amenities to complement your sessions

We want to know:

🌼 What do you offer in terms of events, workshops, and experiences? What do you envision in your use of the space?

🌼 What do you need from a venue in terms of set-up, accessibility, and logistics?

🌼 What best works for you in terms of costs and fees? We are open to per session, per space, per hour, and per participant fee structures—or another structure that has worked for you in the past.

🌼 What do you need in terms of support staff before, during, and after a session or event?

🌼 What do require in terms of add-ons such as food, drinks, and music?

🌼 How do you best like to handle participant sign-ups and promotion?

And anything else you think of that we might have missed!
