Have a festive day out enjoying Hexham's annual Christmas Market. With market stalls offering a wide range of Christmas gifts and decorations, it's a lovely way to spend the day in the lead up to Christmas.
Hexham also has a wealth of independent shops. Buy thoughtful gifts for friends and family whilst supporting small, local businesses.
Outdoor stalls from 9am on the cloister lawn at Hexham Abbey.
Indoor stalls from 9.30am in the priory buildings at Hexham Abbey.

Hexham Abbey's Christmas Fair will also be taking place. It's based in the main part of the historic Abbey.
Hexham Farmers' Market will be on in the marketplace and in front of the Abbey.
Ready for a break from shopping? Hexham's cafes and restaurants will be ready to welcome you.
The Christmas Market ends at 3pm outdoors and indoor at 3.30pm.
