We are gathering at The Crawford Profesional Building Friday May 17th at 4pm to discuss the festival. We will go over your role and iron out any details or questions you may have about the event. I am hosting this meeting to see who is on board to help and in what capacity. If you can't make it the 17th, you can call me any time if you have questions. I am inviting all of the vendors and bands to come check out the venue so we can game plan an itinerary. We are also inviting all volunteers who may be interested in helping with set up, ticket handling, security, etc. If you would like to be a part of this wonderful festival we will see you there!
