COVID-19 Policy
Although we are not, at this stage, planning to ask attendees to show proof of double vaccination or immunity to gain entry, this is something that will be continually under review between now and the event. We will closely monitor information and advice coming from Public Health England, the World Health Organisation and both local and national governments. Should we ultimately need to implement such policies, we will inform all delegates as early as possible.
We are, however, planning to use an optional traffic light system . At the HETS 2021 registration desk, you will be able to pick up a coloured sticker of your choice to add to your name badge:
• Red – You would prefer to maintain as much social distance as possible with others
• Amber – You are happy to mingle relatively normally, but would prefer to greet others with a fist/elbow bump
