Event Highlights:

6-7 PM: Cocktail Hour featuring:

• Passed Hors d'oeuvres: Pork & Shrimp Potstickers, Wagyu Beef Tartare (with Ponzu, Chive, and Wonton Chip), and Teriyaki Chicken Yaki Tori.
• Display Stations: Hummus Vegetable Platters with rice crackers and grilled bread, and Sushi Boats offering Chef's Choice of Nigiri, Sashimi, and Maki Rolls with traditional accompaniments.

7-9 PM: 5-Course Dinner featuring:

• First Course: Lobster Bisque with Yuzu Crème, Black Caviar, and Wonton Strips
• Second Course: Sugar Snap Pea Salad with Red Pepper, Daikon Radish, and Sweet Honey Soy Vinaigrette
• Third Course: Hamachi Crudo with Umi Yuzu Jelly, Trout Roe, and Shoyu Crème Fraiche
• Fourth Course: Grilled Prime Filet Mignon with Tallow Potato Pave, Ginger Carrots, and Whiskey Shoyu Demi
• Fifth Course (Dessert): Sake Dessert Trio featuring Sake Chocolate Mousse, Sesame Brittle, Sake Pound Cake, Adzuki Beans, and Sake Poached Asian Pears

9 PM - 1AM: After Party kicks off with a live DJ from 8 PM, leading up to the countdown at 11:59 PM. Enjoy a complimentary champagne toast as we ring in the new year!
