Bert started his journey at Stanford back in 1980. After 4 decades, he has made a huge impact in many fields but most importantly in the lives of his over 200 students, collaborators and fellow researchers.

We invite you to join in this wonderful, once in a lifetime gathering of students and colleagues celebrating Bert's four decades at Stanford.

We understand that the Pandemic isn't over and delayed our initial 2020 gathering. We are taking precautions to ensure that the room is ventilated with all windows open, as well as providing outdoor gathering areas. We will continue to provide Covid updates as required.
