HERstory Luncheon 2026

The 8th Annual HERstory Luncheon honors and celebrates the intricate, vital bonds between women of all ages and backgrounds.

Did you know that 1 in 3 high school girls in the United States has seriously considered suicide? Maybe you've heard that 57% of teenage girls have reported feeling "persistently sad or hopeless" according to a recent CDC study.

The 8th Annual HERstory Luncheon, themed "Operation: LeadHER," seeks to defy these statistics by providing an environment for enterprising women who have tapped into their inherent tenacity to help empower the next generation of dynamic women.

The event will connect female mentors with female students they can inspire and nurture after attending this annual luncheon, co-hosted by Traci L. Battest, principal of Ed White High School. Tickets include lunch and an event t-shirt for the student and sponsor to be worn at the event on Tuesday, March 31 with their black skirts and pearls.

This year, we are also funding 8 academic or business scholarships in honor of the event's 8th anniversary because we believe the future is female.
