HerSpace Girls Empowerment Workshop

HerSpace Girls Empowerment Workshop is designed to create a safe, supportive, and uplifting environment for teen girls ages 13–17. This small group experience will give girls the opportunity to connect with peers, build confidence, and learn healthy ways to express their thoughts and emotions.

Facilitated by licensed therapist Dr. Stephanie Neal LICSW-S, PIP, the workshop will include guided discussions, interactive activities, and reflection exercises that focus on topics such as self-esteem, friendships, emotional wellness, communication, and navigating challenges that many teen girls face today.

Participants will also enjoy food, engaging group activities, and opportunities to build meaningful connections with other girls in a positive and encouraging space.

HerSpace aims to empower girls to discover their voice, strengthen their confidence, and leave feeling supported, encouraged, and equipped with tools to help them navigate life with resilience and self-worth.
