Join the ACE Eastern Pennsylvania region for an EXCLUSIVE behind the scenes tour of Hersheypark! The tour will take place on Friday, February 6, 2026. The tour is FREE to active ACE members. Advanced registration is required. There is no on-site, day-of registration allowed. This event is only open to ACE members.
WHAT TO EXPECT
You’ll get an EXCLUSIVE behind-the-scenes look at the Hersheypark's Service Center. You'll be guided around by a representative of Hersheypark staff. Our tour will take us backstage, into the maintenance area where the park's staff perform rehab work on the various rides and attractions. The tour has a limited capacity.
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Registered attendees for Eastcoaster will be given the first opportunity to register for this event starting on Sunday, January 25, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Registration will open to any active ACE member starting on Monday, January 26, 2026 at 12:00 PM.
The total registration capacity for this event is 35 attendees. Guests will not be permitted to participate due to the event's limited capacity and anticipated high demand.
TENTATIVE SCHEDULE
- 2:45 – 3 PM – Event Check-In
- 3 - 5 PM – Behind-the-scenes tour
