We lose our vision which can lead to more unrest + fear and before we know it,
we’re trying to micromanage everything in hope that it’ll bring the inner peace we are wanting + craving.
Let’s turn that around and together create the inner stillness you know you need using yoga, breathwork and meditation. This stuff works from the inside out and if your mind is stable, then your body and life become stable.
