About this Event
HEROES Night is an opportunity to move your body, release your stress, and reconnect to your true self in a fun and healthy way. You are invited to join these sessions 2-3x per month and practice with some of the most experienced Brain Education instructors in the country.

Find hope, courage, purpose, and joy by reconnecting with your hero within.
Invite your friends and family! Be prepared to move and sweat during this session.
What is a hero?
We've all been witness to the hero's journey. Whether it be through our favorite Marvel movies or observing our real-life role models, we've seen these characters overcome their limitations to step into their true power, discover a whole new world, and contribute to that world and its people in awe-inspiring ways. Where are you at in YOUR journey?! Can you imagine becoming so clear about your own power that each day you live your dream?!
HEROES (Helping Each other Recover Our Essential Selves) support one another to do just that!
We typically meet 3x/month
Every other Friday night we will hold something local in Scottsdale and one Tuesday per month we will have a national online gathering!

Our classes combine elements from a variety of Eastern practices to enhance your physical, mental and energetic health. Body & Brain practice helps you develop mindful breathing and relaxed concentration so that you can maximize the benefits from your physical exercise.

Meet the instructors
Meghan Bliss is a Brain Education Trainer and Wellness Instructor based in Mesa, AZ. She began her journey in 2016, determined to find her own health and wellness after her nursing school degree left her with more questions than answers. She has a passion for connecting with community and making her teachings accessible to people of all ages and backgrounds. Meghan has worked with corporations, nonprofits, schools, and senior living centers mostly in the Boston area before her move to Arizona in March of 2024. From daily group classes to one-on-one private sessions to outdoor mindfulness adventures for young adults, Meghan offers practical lifestyle tips to achieving health, happiness, and peace.
