Heroes for Horses Fundraiser

Triple R Horse Rescue a nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating horses in North Florida and South Georgia is excited to announce their second annual fall fundraiser Heroes for Horses. The event takes place October 12th from 5pm to 9pm at the Tallahassee Moose Lodge 1075 located at 1478 Capital Circle NW.

Heroes for Horses promises an evening of fun and entertainment all for a great cause! Attendees will enjoy dinner by BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse with Eric Pelletier (EP Designs) dancing live music of Billy Blackman & Last Call a fabulous silent auction games and raffles.

Triple R Horse Rescue was founded in 2009 by a group of passionate volunteers who recognized the need to rescue and care for neglected horses in the North Florida/South Georgia communities. As a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization Triple R's mission is to ensure that no horse in the region is left hungry hurt or alone. These magnificent creatures who give so much to humans deserve love and compassion throughout their lives. Since 2009 Triple R has cared for over 400 horses.

The organization serves as a vital resource for abused and hungry horses from a six-county area of North Florida and South Georgia and are housed in a network of foster homes that stretch across Gadsden Jefferson Leon Liberty and Wakulla counties in Florida and Grady and Thomas County in Georgia. Through the dedication of volunteers and fosters Triple R provides essential day-to-day care shelter and plenty of love to the rescued horses.
