We are excited to offer 6 Week Sessions for our younger dancers at NBDC! We will have 3 sessions of our 6 Week Sessions. Each session will have a super fun and engaging theme that will accompany each class. We'll use music and movement that incorporates the theme to make learning fun and memorable! Dancers are not required to, but they are encouraged to dress up each week! SESSION #2 is Heroes & Villains! Every 2 weeks, dancers will get to choose which side they're on and portray different heroes and villains. Weeks 1 and 2 will feature Fables and Fairytales (think Cinderella, Ursula, Ariel, or Cruella de Vil). Weeks 3 & 4 will be a Comic Crossover and dancers can duke it out between Marvel and DC superheroes and villains! Our final weeks take on Mini Heroes and Villains like Spidey & Friends, Super Kitties, and Paw Patrol. Of course, lots of learning and dancing will take place!!
WHY 6 Week Sessions?
One of our goals at NBDC is to make dance accessible and we believe one way we can do that is by offering classes in sessions for our younger dancers. This allows dancers and families to not only choose which classes they'd like to take, but also work around their schedules.
WHAT classes are offered?
We offer creative movement, hip hop, tap, & technique classes!
WHO are the 6 Week Sessions for and WHEN are the classes?
Our 6 Week Sessions are for our younger dancers ages 18 months to 8 years and our AIM (Abilities In Motion) dancers.

▪️Thursdays 5:00-5:45
♦️Micro Movers - 3 years
▪️Thursdays 5:45-6:30
♦️Mini Movers - 3-4 years
▪️Mini Mover Hip Hop Mondays 5:15-5:45
▪️Mini Mover Tap & Technique Mondays 5:45-6:30
♦️Mighty Movers - 5-6 years
▪️Mighty Mover Hip Hop Tuesdays 5:15-6:00
▪️Mighty Mover Tap & Technique Tuesdays 6:00-7:00
♦️Mega Movers - 7-8 years
▪️Mega Mover Tap Tuesdays 5:15-6:00
▪️Mega Mover Technique Tuesdays 6:00-7:00
▪️Mega Mover Hip Hop Thursdays 5:45-6:30
♦️AIM (Abilities In Motions) - no specific age requirement
▪️Thursdays 6:30-7:15
