Brad Freels, Azure Data and AI Strategist at Microsoft, will demonstrate Hermes Agent, a personal AI operating system designed to help professionals move beyond one-off prompts and into repeatable, agentic workflows.

Brad will show how Hermes turns individual requests into structured workflows that can be reused over time. Instead of treating AI as a chatbot for isolated tasks, Hermes demonstrates how agentic systems can operate more like a personal work layer for business planning, execution, and decision support.

The session will include practical examples such as:

• An Agentic Company model with agents for lead generation, lead qualification, outreach, and fulfillment
• A Personal Board of Directors model that routes questions through different advisory roles
• Workflow examples that show how memory, skills, messaging, and scheduling can work together

This will be a practical, educational session focused on making agentic systems easier to understand, easier to evaluate, and easier to begin using in real business contexts.
