Heritage Trustees 101 - London

AIM is introducing a series of free events scheduled across England to help prepare potential trustees to join our members and provide networking opportunities for those considering a trustee role in the independent museum sector. Sessions will also offer museums specific guidance on strengthening their trustee recruitment process.

AIM has a sector leading reputation for providing advice and guidance on good governance and can draw on a roster of members for real world case studies on trustee recruitment and succession challenges.
