There are recipes that feed a family — and recipes that tell a story.

Join us for Heritage Recipe Swap Night at the Centro Asturiano of Tampa, an evening dedicated to preserving the traditions, flavors, and memories that have been passed from generation to generation.

Guests are invited to submit a treasured family recipe and photo ahead of the event and bring their prepared dish to share as part of our community potluck dinner featuring everyone’s recipes and traditions. This evening is all about gathering around the table, sharing stories, and celebrating the recipes that have shaped our families.

Together, we’ll gather these stories into a special Centro Asturiano Heritage Cookbook — preserving the flavors and history of our community for generations to come.

Your ticket includes:

• Admission to Heritage Recipe Swap Night
• Potluck-style dinner featuring community recipes
• Inclusion in the Centro Heritage Cookbook project (recipe/photo submission)
• One copy of the completed cookbook

Cookbooks will be compiled following the event and shared via email when ready for pickup.
