InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto invites you to the inaugural evening of Heritage & Vine: Under the Atrium Dinner Series at Alluvial Restaurant — an elevated dining experience pairing exceptional Australian wines with refined seasonal cuisine beneath the hotel’s iconic glass atrium.
On 31 July, discover Best’s Wines, one of Victoria’s most historic and respected producers, renowned for its heritage vineyards and cool-climate varietals. The evening begins with canapés on arrival, followed by a carefully curated four-course menu by Executive Chef Charlie Song, with each dish thoughtfully paired with premium wines. Throughout the experience, a winery ambassador will guide guests through each pour, sharing the stories, provenance and craftsmanship behind every glass.
Set within Alluvial and framed by the architectural grandeur of the Winfield and Rialto buildings, the experience offers a refined and atmospheric setting for an evening of dining and discovery.
This exclusive dinner marks the beginning of a monthly series running through to November, with each event showcasing a different leading winery and a new seasonal menu.
