Dear Heritage 12th Ward Members, As we begin this new chapter together, I want to share a message of hope and encouragement. Change can bring both excitement and fear, and many of you may still feel the ache of leaving familiar friends, neighbors, and routines. In these moments, remember the comforting promise of the Savior in Matthew 11:28: “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” He offers peace as you adjust to new surroundings and new faces. The message of unity in 1 Corinthians 12:12–27 reminds us that while we are many members, we are one body in Christ—each person valued, needed, and placed by God. Your individual strengths, testimonies, and gifts will help shape the spirit and future of the Heritage 12th Ward in beautiful and important ways. As we start to gather, may your hearts be lifted and your spirits renewed. May you feel the Lord walking with you each step of the way, and may this ward become a place of belonging, strength, and new friendships.
