About this Event
HerImpact: Who Decides — You or AI?
When AI prepares or influences a decision, who remains responsible, and who can question, correct or stop it?
HerImpact brings together women from leadership, technology, law, business, academia and society. Drawing on current research from Japan and Switzerland as well as practical experience, we will discuss how human judgement, clear accountability and trust can be preserved in AI-supported decision-making.
The discussion will not end with the panel. Together, we will formulate five “HerImpact Questions for Geneva”: questions that leaders and institutions must answer if responsible AI is to work in practice.
The evening will conclude with an apéro, offering time to continue the conversation, exchange perspectives and connect with women across industries, generations and career stages.
The event is exclusively for women and will be held in German and English.
