About this Event

If you’re a woman in your 20s and you’ve ever felt confused about your body, your cycle, or your health… this is for you.

I created HerHealth NG to give young women a space to learn about their bodies, ask real questions, and get clear, practical answers, without judgment.

We’ll be talking about:

• Your body, decoded: hormones & your cycle
• Normal or not? Let’s clear it up
• Gynecologist visits without the fear
• Honest conversations about vaginal & sexual health
• What Nigerian women need to watch out for

Plus… there’ll be games, prizes, food and good vibes!
