In this workshop, we will explore basic practices from the science of mindfulness, as well as selected actor training exercises that focus on stage presence – that essential quality which allows us to capture and hold the attention of others.
🔹 Perfect for anyone who wants to discover and fine-tune their personal presence, or anyone wishing to feel more at ease and confident in social situations.
🔹 Whether you are preparing for a presentation, a business meeting, teaching, performing – or simply wish to connect more consciously with yourself and others – this workshop is for you!
💡 You will experience what it feels like to truly be in your own focus – free from confusion and false roles.
👉 Every participant works at their own pace, with exercises designed to fit their needs – stepping outside your comfort zone is never a requirement, but a safe opportunity offered within the process.
